“I really enjoy talking to Sarah, I think she’s an excellent therapist that’s why I gave 3 stars. Their cancellation policy is why it’s not 5. I understand that people no-show a lot, and I completely agree with having a cancellation policy, that being said 48 hrs is a little crazy. Things come up sometimes that cannot be avoided. I had an employee sick that was admitted to the hospital and had no other option other than cancelling my entire day of clients then to cover for her, so I had to cancel my appointment. They acted like they were doing me a favour, only charging me half of my appointment which was still $90. I had made the mistake once of missing my appointment and had zero issue in paying the entire appointment fee because that was my fault. I own my own business and things happen. Unfortunately, I don’t really feel comfortable coming back because I don’t want to have to cancel an appointment again if something comes up and then get charged the entire appointment fee. The really disappointing thing was that they had cancelled on me the weekend before and I had to reschedule my appointment with less than 48 hours notice.”
