“Deidra has created a warm and friendly clinic space to welcome families. She has helped my youngest son with torticollis and guided us with exercises we could do at home. She has a gentle approach and is very informed on paediatric movement. She hosts a fantastic gross motor class for parents and babies of all stages in the first year and beyond, where you can meet other moms/dads and go over common issues or specific issues you may be dealing with. “The Little Physio is one of the best sources I found for my newborn daughter. I felt so comfortable there as a first time mom and had such confidence in Deidre and her abilities. She’s a calm, quiet expert who’s so passionate about what she does, my daughter picked up on her calm confidence and was so relaxed the whole time she was evaluated. Deidra had great exercises for us to do at home that really helped her develop and hit milestones, and she was a fabulous source for me as I’d ask tons of questions to a real expert (and mom) and know she’d tell me honest answers. Things beyond standard tummy time which my daughter actually enjoyed doing! We attended her group program as well which was wonderful. I loved connecting with other moms, but more importantly Deidra would check in and make time for each mom and baby, and I also learned so much from other experts that came to our sessions. “I took my daughter to The Little Physio for an assessment and group classes and was very happy with the care we received. Deidra is incredibly caring, compassionate, and encouraging, with such a positive and reassuring approach. I never had any very serious concerns, but if I ever did, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit her again. She had great practical advice that was easy to implement.
