“I just visited this clinic for the first time and booked one of their most expensive facial treatments (Korean) expecting it to be a premium experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The treatment was advertised as approximately 75 minutes, but my appointment seemed to last only about 60–65 minutes. Most of the session consisted of products being applied to my face, with very little hands-on treatment and hardly any facial massage, which I had expected at this price point. I understand that different facials have different protocols, and perhaps my expectations did not fully match the treatment offered. However, for the amount charged, I expected a more comprehensive and relaxing experience as well as more noticeable results like clear pores. The esthetician was polite, and I paid the full amount without issue, but overall I did not feel the service provided good value for the cost. Based on my experience, I would not choose this facial again and would encourage others to ask detailed questions about what is included before booking, especially when selecting one of the higher-priced options.”

“Horrible experience and got my money back for my unlimited tanning mins after the guy at front desk tried to dictate how many mins I used.. I tan 3-4 days a week 9 months a year for my mental health and all I wanted was to switch from fabutan in city to be closer to home & get my money worth for unlimited min and support local .. if ur like me and tan max time don't go here he rather give ur money back then let u tan for the time u want not time he wants u too cuz I guess he knows whats right for my body and I don't at 41 and tanning for 27+ years. heads up”

“Had an amazing experience at Lakeshore Spa, Chestermere! I went for laser treatment and a Korean facial, and both services were excellent. Special shout-out to Abby for doing a wonderful job. Friendly environment, great service, and I’m very happy with the products used. Highly recommend!”

“I booked an appointment for today and informed the agent the gift certificate was outdated and she said they would honor that but when I drove from northwest Calgary the agent today said they don't accept outdated gift certificates. To say the least I am not happy”

“I had such a great experience with Manpreet. The waxing was incredibly quick and completely painless — I honestly didn’t expect it to be that comfortable. Everything was super hygienic, and the whole environment felt clean and relaxing. I was so at ease that I was actually dozing off… even during a Brazilian wax!”

“I stopped in a few weeks ago for some information on what they offer. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I in for a treat!! The receptionist greeted me with a smile,asked how she could help and gave me her full attention. I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a customer and really went above and beyond!! Customer service was a WOW, And that's saying something these days. Truely taken care of and treated with appreciation as a customer. The facility is well maintained and very clean. I will use Lakeshore Spa always,and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful service.”

“My wife and I use the Lakeshore spa quite a bit for all different services they have. Today we ended up getting a massage by Patricia. It was fantastic. She is a fantastic massage therapist. And I would recommend anybody to go to her. I also use their tanning services. They have a standup bed and a lay down one. They change their bulbs regularly and great beds to use. One of the other services they offer that I love using is their infused salt sauna. Love using that, especially being so close to home and I can come in anytime to get these services. The people that work here are fantastic to deal with and always are happy to see you.”
