“I have been seeing Bobby for five years now. He is extremely knowledgable and very friendly. I always feel so much better after a dry needling session. The clinic is clean and bright and the staff is wonderful.”

“I had an excellent experience with my physiotherapist today. Graham Glennie was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. Before my appointment, I wasn’t feeling very confident about my healing process, but he put my mind at ease and gave me reassurance that I’m on the right track. His knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the entire visit, and I left feeling much calmer and more optimistic about my recovery. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend him”Read moreShow less

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I'm so happy I found Christine at The Joint. Dealing with TMJ symptoms for over 15 years, I had never found the right care plan or physiotherapist to help me actually start seeing positive progress. I began seeing Christine a few months ago now, and her treatments + exercise plan she's created for me has completely changed the course of my TMJ. I'm at the proper baseline (and sometimes even better) for jaw range of motion; something I have not experienced in over a decade. I strongly recommend Christine and The Joint. I hope any other TMJ sufferers can have the same success that I have had.”Read moreShow less

“The clinic has knowledgeable practitioners, a wide range of treatment options, and front staff were polite and helpful with communication and administrative requests (some more than others). However, I strongly encourage people dealing with complex concussion recovery, post exertional symptoms, or invisible injuries to carefully consider other options if the capacity is available. My experience with a specific practitioner involved concerns around communication consistency and a heavy focus on what could physically be observed in clinic while repeated reports of cognitive fatigue, post exertional crashes, and reduced work capacity were not meaningfully integrated into the overall clinical interpretation. I value communication and trying to work with people but even after repeatedly explaining that symptoms significantly worsened after cognitive and physical exertion and impacted my ability to function outside of appointments, the overall objective reporting inferred that I was able to do more than I could and undermined what I was consistently experiencing afterwards. I eventually gave up on trying to achieve understanding as the cognitive energy this alone takes would decrease what other things I could do in the run of a day. I initially tried to continue treatment within the clinic and requested a provider change in hopes that a fresh perspective and different treatment approach would better support my recovery. It is also important to note that not all providers accept legal assignments for ongoing treatment so this wasnt available. After my initial review, I was contacted directly by my main practitioner. Despite clearly communicating that I did not have the capacity for ongoing evening discussions and requesting different communication timing due to concussion related cognitive fatigue, the conversation continued in a way that reinforced my original concerns about reporting subjective limitations not being heard. Documenting subjective concerns appeared to be viewed as sufficient and was used as justification rather than any attempt at trying to understand. The conversation continued late into the evening despite my repeated attempts to respectfully end it and communicate that I would be seeking care elsewhere. I eventually just had to stop replying as it was becoming very unprofessional. For more straightforward injuries, this clinic may work very well for many people. For individuals dealing with complex concussion recovery, invisible symptoms, or significant post exertional limitations, my experience was that meaningful subjective advocacy and collaborative care were lacking.”Read moreShow less

“As a massage therapist myself, I value attentive, client-centered treatment. During my visits, I felt the experiences were quite rushed, with multiple clients being seen at the same time. This made it difficult to build rapport or feel fully supported in my treatment and rehabilitation. I believe there is a real opportunity here to improve by focusing more on individualized care and patient engagement, rather than a high volume approach. Clients are not just looking for quick treatment they’re looking for trust, attention, and a sense that their concerns are being fully heard. I share this feedback in good faith and hope it helps enhance the experience for future clients. As I will not be returning. Because I am looking for the attention of a more focused one on one treatment. I thank the JT physiotherapy for introducing me into the physiotherapist world.”Read moreShow less

“This is a great clinic. If you’re looking for a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, I highly recommend Candace Mazur. She is amazing at her job. Not only is she kind and professional, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helps so many people. I’ve talked to a few people who go to her for treatment and they all agree she is awesome. Candace makes you feel comfortable and guides you through everything she does. The clinic staff are all really great to deal with as well. Booking online makes it very convenient.”Read moreShow less

“I can’t say enough good things about The Joint! They’re new to town, but it’s clear they bring a wealth of experience and genuine care to every session. They’re always punctual and make the most of each appointment — everything runs smoothly and on time. What really stands out is how thorough they are in assessing and explaining everything, ensuring you understand your treatment plan and feel comfortable throughout. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their recovery. It’s refreshing to find such an efficient, professional, and compassionate physiotherapist. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less
