“I never liked the receptionist Chloe customer service in the past as I encountered her at a previous location I just tolerated her. She is very direct with no sense of empathy , she is always like that I purchased a package I believe with four or five reflexology sessions I had a scheduled appoint at the hospital today which extended into an hour wait time Then I realize dI will miss my appointment or be late for my reflexology appointment with Howard, really professional and awesome person I called to let them be aware, I could either be late miss the appointment and pay the fee. Which would be the price of the session, I was fine with doing that, The way she was so direct so inhumane was just nasty. So was so happy, taking the cancellation fee for that session . as the cancellation fee was not done within 48 blabbing about policy. Because of her I will never go back to that location I have cancelled my last session for next week, will give it to someone else to enjoy. Chloe you need to learn empathy and understanding from the older receptionist that there, she is always polite and professional.”Read moreShow less

“I had a wonderful experience with Shin at Huw Wellness Clinic. Shin is extremely professional, skilled, and attentive to individual needs. From the moment the session started, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The massage was very relaxing and helped relieve my muscle tension significantly. Shin made sure to focus on the areas that needed the most attention and checked in throughout to ensure the pressure was just right. “Office is clean, Person on the front desk is accomodating, i came bit early on my schedule. So far my therapy massage with Francia is so great, i was relieve after the session. If you require a relaxing treatment must book her ahead of time. I truly reccomend Hue wellness. “Such an amazing place! I came here from NY and i have to say wow! The front desk staff are so sweet and accommodating. “*please don’t lie . The lady at the front said the business was wrong for not putting that info in the Groupon. I went here today. Francia did my massage. I will start by saying she did a good job. But…… I was gifted a groupon voucher so I booked my appt over the phone. When I arrived the lady at the front told me before I leave I have to pay the taxes. Why was I not told that over the phone? They should add that info about the taxes on Groupon. I bet if they did people would not book. Attached is what I received with my voucher.
