“Ben is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable practitioner. I started my visits with him in September 2022 when he was based at an MMA club. I've attended sessions with him for chiropractic and massage treatments. I originally came in for a quick adjustment for hip pain that I've been experiencing since retiring NCAA D1 Gymnastics in 2019. Ben took the time to evaluate and start me on a treatment and rehabilitation plan for which I started seeing the slow but steady progress of reduced hip pain. Thanks to Ben, I am able to progress in my fitness and have been relieved of the burden of thinking my hip pain was permanent. I finished my hip treatment plan with Ben in November 2022 and recently saw him for a massage. I hadn't needed to see him since November for my hip pain and only recently went for a massage to treat some tightness from my office work and a newly sprained ankle. Even then, Ben gave me a rehabilitation tips as he noticed that my recovery appeared slower than expected (for self-treatment). I highly recommend booking with Ben if you have had a lingering injury but have had stagnant progress or need a massage where you can feel safe and comfortable.”Read moreShow less
