“Visiting from Alberta and my friend suggested a Japanese Head massage. Amazing! So relaxing and enjoyable!! Staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Checked in with us often to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend!”

“We were BLOWN AWAY (no pun intended) by our experience at the Highlander! We did the couples Japanese head spa and it was outstanding! I then had my hair blow dried and went for the express facial after, both of which exceeded expectations! The Wednesday express deals are crazy, not to mention the 20% off your first visit promo! We did this on our way to the airport and it was the best was to make ourselves relaxed and prepared to fly! We will for sure be back next time we are in Halifax!”Read moreShow less

“Came here for the Japanese head spa with my partner's mom during her visit. The room and 'crystal' face mask smelled musty from being damp all of the time, and someone had clearly just blown up the bathroom connected to our treatment room lol. The women doing the treatment were super nice! But it felt like not much thought went into designing the treatment, water was pooling in my ears when they moved my head side to side and both of us had huge rats nests for hair after it was done (we have shoulder length straight/wavy hair) It did feel nice to have someone massaging my scalp!! But I couldn't stop thinking about wether or not the face mask made out of rocks had been cleaned since its last use with previous clients. “I visited this spa about two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The entire process was smooth, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Hannah — her service was absolutely amazing. Her technique was excellent, and you can really tell she’s skilled and attentive. I’d definitely give her a full 10/10!
