“I am not an athlete, but I have had chronic neck and TMJ pain for years, especially due to jaw clenching at night and poor posture at my desk job. Kristen assessed my issues, relieved my pain with some very minor and gentle adjustments, and taught me very useful exercises and movements that I can do at home to help continue to improve my neck pain. Kristen was very friendly, professional, and helped me feel comfortable in a setting I was originally anxious about. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and explained each process as she was performing them, which helped ease my anxiety significantly. I definitely recommend her services to anyone in the Calgary area.”
