“The old optical place i was going to for years changed hands so I drove past this place, one day and decided to give it a try. “I had such an amazing experience at Airdrie Eye Warehouse. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they made my experience so wonderful. The eye exam was thorough and super easy and they had a great selection of eyewear to choose from. A special shout out to Kendal and Heather for making my experience so enjoyable. “I'm so grateful I found this location. With a high prescription, it's challenging to find a suitable pair of glasses that fit properly. This location has so many unique options to choose from, and I finally found a pair after searching other places off and on for a couple of years. I was happy to take advantage of their two for one deal to get a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. In 20 years of wearing glasses, I've never been able to just put on a pair that I purchased and have them fit almost perfectly without a lot of adjusting, but I was able to do that here. The staff are all very nice and welcome you upon entering the store, but they also give you space when you need it. I'm very pleased with the lenses as well. Despite my prescription, their lab did a great job at thinning them out. In addition, they offer a great protection plan and are very accommodating. I can't comment on the eye exam services, as I have an eye doctor elsewhere and just brought my prescription to this location. Thank you so much for your service! The lovely young lady greeted me and helped me find just what I was looking for with kind suggestions and options I may not have considered. The entire process was efficient and pleasant. “Recently had a great experience at The Eye Warehouse in Airdrie. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the service from start to finish was top tier. They take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. The selection of glasses was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactic. Just helpful staff who genuinely wanted to make sure you found the glasses you liked. As someone who has been wearing glasses for nearly 20 years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.
