“I had a really good experience at the eye center. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everything was well organized, I especially want to mention Frans, who helped adjust my glasses. He was very kind, patient, and professional. He made sure the glasses fit perfectly and took his time to get everything just right. I really appreciated how careful and polite he was. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this eye center to others.”

“Worst eye test ever. I have prisms in my glasses and he didnt even add the horizontal adjustment. Waste of my money on the exam and my glasses. I felt so rushed thru the process. I wish I got the other doctor as he does fantastic.”

“I had a wonderful experience at The Eye Centre in Yorkton. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. The reception team made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and the entire clinic felt clean, modern, and well-organized. The optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that they genuinely care about their patients’ eye health and comfort. The eye exam was thorough, and the staff helped me choose frames that suited me perfectly. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend The Eye Centre in Yorkton to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and reliable eye care.”

“I've thought long and hard regarding the single star review however I prefer to advocate for the little guy instead of business's that take advantage of people. In this case im prone to agree with Millie Zeiler23 and her review for a few reasons. - my appointment time was correct however that was about the only positive. - for starters when attending I was argued with that they were not going to direct bill for my vision exam as " it only payed to the plan member" . However when double checking with sunlife they most definitely could of so boom im out $217.00 right up front because the buisness doesn't want to direct bill <---- as quoted by sunlife directly. I know they will direct bill as they have direct billed my benefits for my son's glasses so it was a blatant lie . - moving along .... the first room i was brought to was for initial testing and pictures of my eyes. However when I was asked for my current glasses so they could test the lenses one side of my frames was damaged( I didn't realize until later when I went to have JUST THE LENSES UPDATED INSTEAD OF THE FRAMES!) - The exam went well until in the middle of it the receptionist decided it was important enough to interrupt my exam for a signature that could of waited for the remaining 5 mins while we finished up. - Now at this point it was just a ok we are done and hand me off to the tech waiting to see if I wanted to purchase anything. Nothing was really of interest so I requested my bill and my prescription. - Ten mins later I drove to shearing optical and low and behold $1000.00 later was direct billed to mine and my wife's benefits. WEIRD how that works .... all in all if it wasn't for them being the soonest I could be seen ( over a month) I would of taken my buisness elsewhere. They should probably update their website that they only direct bill when convenient.”
