“Been a frequent customer for several years and it’s always a pleasure to have Jennifer help me out. Her knowledge base is exceptional especially when it comes to folklore. She knows what all the stock is and has special ordered several items for me. She’s a wealth of info and knows so much about stones, herbs and suitable books to match a person’s interests. I appreciate her honesty when I ask a question and if I get something wrong she lets me know the correct pronunciation or cultural references. She’s very polite and friendly without the creepy smiley faces that some customer service people use. I hate that weird grinning face people do…just be yourself. The new store feels weird like the energy is off and it’s not intimate like the south location was, which I miss. There’s more variety of stuff, but perhaps there’s product being carried that’s causing a negative energy…it just feels weird. “Working with Sabrina the Modern Witch is magical. “This place!! The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve come in there several times walking with my cane and they offer help and a place to put my coat. They chat and help you pick out exactly what you need. They are Knowledgeable about all the stuff you are still learning about. I got some great recommendations and found way too many awesome treasures!! Several years later and this place just keeps getting better. New pics added.
