“I have had this nagging irritating knot behind my shoulder blade for one year. Despite a year of trying different therapists for massage, physiotherapy and ims, acupuncture and cupping, heat, cold, literally nothing worked! Some relief was provided with IMS but the ache and knot always came back. Finally, I sought out Ron at the Cove recovery. I cannot believe that after 3 sessions, this aggravating ache is almost gone. He not only attacks the symptom, but he figures out why this was happening. With his knowledge experience and the skill of his hands he has managed to “untie” this knot! Providing me longterm relief! “I didn’t come here expecting a spa experience with music or aromatherapy — I came specifically for sports recovery and to get help with a wrist problem. Even for that, the setup was disappointing: just a bed in the corner behind a curtain, with no private treatment room like other recovery or RMT clinics provide. The massage itself wasn’t effective. I’ve had sports/therapeutic massages at other places, and it’s easy to tell when an RMT is experienced or not. In this case, the therapist just kept pressing the same painful spot the entire time without applying any structured or professional technique. For the same price, you can find much better facilities and far more effective treatment in other clinics in the area. Not recommended.”Read moreShow less

“I was very relieved by the treatment I received from Roniel. He was able to give me effective treatment for plantar fasciitis and generalized foot pain. The difference was profound after one treatment. He is very knowledgable and caring. I am lucky to have found him and will be going back regularly.
