“I initially saw Ivan for ankle pain, but after a thorough assessment, he quickly identified the real source of the problem: an L5 herniated disc. After struggling with the issue for over a year and trying other therapies without success, it was a huge relief to finally have some answers. “I took my nearly 2 year old here for a hearing test and could not have been more pleased, the audiologist Melanie was great. The wait time for CHEO to do the test was going to be nearly 6 months, and for approximately $80 they were able to see my son just a few weeks after I called them. “I just completed physiotherapy at this clinic following a work injury, and the service was fantastic. Krystina at the front desk is so knowledgeable and helped me with any financial and scheduling concerns I had in regards to the appointments, and Ivan, the physiotherapist, not only provided excellent competent care, but went above and beyond answering any questions or concerns I had - no matter how silly, and even continued to add exercises and helpful tips to my care plan after our final session once my injury healed.
