“It was alright. Great view, fully stocked bar, and good food selection. Service so so, overall. Forgetting who ordered what, not showing up to follow up, etc I got overcharged (items that I did not order) and then essentially told it was my fault and had to pay anyway. Plus taxes and gratuity. “The place is dated and depressing . Food was not only tasteless but mine had a hair cooked into it. A patron gave me a strange comment which I thought was unnecessary. Fantastic view of Nathan Philips square though. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back soon.”

“Nice facilities. I only went to attend an event (which was very good). Took a look around at the different offerings and I would definitely look to sign up if I could afford it. Nice workout equipment, great squash courts and lovely change rooms to get ready in. The bar/restaurant is nice and classy as well. “Awesome place and guests can enjoy the oak room - the new head chef there is absolutely fantastic! As are all the bar staff! Food has improved from 5/10 to 9/10 in one small year.”

“Visited as guest of member. Was made to feel very welcome - had a great game of squash (excepting my playing abilities) and enjoyed the excellent facilities. Would consider membership if lived/worked in neighbourhood. Thanks for the hospitality!”

“The Oak Room is my go-to spot for client lunches. The staff are tremendous and make my client guests feel very welcome. I am always so impressed how servers know when to visit the table, and when to give us space during a more private discussion. The Oak Room is also a great venue for larger events. I hosted over 100 client guests for a large annual event, and the Cambridge Club team re-configured the room and put on the best event yet.”Read moreShow less

“I've only been once but wow, it was quite an experience. The decor and service were both impeccable - definitely what you'd expect from a private club. We had lunch and it was excellent.
