“Sarah P is fantastic! If you're looking for a deep tissue massage I highly recommend booking in with Sarah P. She doesn't just do a bandaid massage, she goes after the root cause of your discomfort and has done wonders on my back/shoulders.”

“This was my first time at The Calm Therapeutic Centre, and I had a lovely experience. Lindsay is extremely professional and kind. I haven't had a massage in awhile, so I wasn't sure of the process. Lindsay told me exactly what to expect and what to do. I went for a 90 minute relaxation massage, and that is exactly what I got. The room was perfect temperature and large (so I didn't feel claustrophobic), and the music was very relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I booked an appointment a few days a head of time for a guest from out of town. Your website says you have a ZERO tolerance for no shows and late cancellations. I believe, if you are going to have that expectation on your clients then your clients will absolutely have the same expectation on your clinic. So, when YOU canceled the appointment an hour and half before her time, I believe you violated your own policy. I charge a $100 no show you wasted my time fee for business who cannot follow their own policies. Please advise how I can collect that fee! There was no apology, nothing.
