“I am pretty sure this is one of the best clinics in Toronto. We are very lucky to have Dr.Grigg as our family doctor for several years already. She is so caring, thoughtful, supportive and responsive to our health needs. We recently had some urgent appointments with Dr. Dydynsky and he is also a great physician, attentive to symptoms, health history and ready to act on issues as needed. “I’ve been seeing Emily pretty consistently for about 6 months. I now see her more for maintenance (every 4 or 5 weeks) but I had bad tension headaches and consistent numbness down my right arm. Seeing Emily consistently (weekly at first) has completely relieved the numbness down my arm and I haven’t had a headache. “Dr. Grigg is the most enthusiastic, engaged and dedicated doctor I have ever had! She is kind and caring towards her patients and will always listen to all of your concerns. She will always make the effort to support you and find a solution to your problems. You may have to wait a little in the office for your turn, but be patient because she is giving everyone all the attention they deserve. It’s hard to find a doctor like her in this day and age! The clinic is clean and beautiful, and houses a team of other medical professionals as well. “I started seeing Dr. Grigg as my OB when she was part of another practice and were honoured to follow her to The Borough! She is absolutely fantastic! After having my baby, I was lucky enough that she took not only my son, but my entire family on as our family doctor! Finding a doctor such as Dr. Grigg is very hard and few exist these days. She is knowledgeable, caring, has patience and is funny! She listens to ALL your concerns and NEVER rushes an appointment. Should you have questions, she will always answer them or find an answer. She allows you to have an input on your health and care; not just an "I am the doctor, I know best, do what I say" scenario. She is flexible with bookings - allows virtual/phone appointments over in-person. I/we are very lucky to have Dr. Grigg as our family doctor and OBGYN. The new clinic is gorgeous and has a tranquil ambience. The front desk staff is great and generally gets back to emails & calls fairly quickly. They will try and fit you in for an appointment and are always warm and welcoming! We are happy to be part of this clinic and team.
