We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
About the clinic
Please note: We do not have a Receptionist. The door to the clinic is locked between clients and we ask that you wait patiently in the hallway. Your therapist will open the door close to the start time of your appointment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments limit our ability to accommodate other clients in need of care.
We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you experience an emergency situation, please contact your therapist as soon as possible so your circumstances can be considered individually.

“I’m a 55 year old man who has enjoyed his first massage yesterday with Kelsey. At the beginning of our session, Kelsey explained everything to me about how our session would go. It was truly amazing. She asked me many questions first and tailored my massages accordingly. She also gave me stretches to do at home which I did today and I feel as good as I did yesterday! I had some very tight spots, where she told me she couldn’t get under some muscles and as per her suggestion, booked a second session in 2 weeks. We had some great conversations as well during the massage when I wasn’t either half asleep or just feeling her loosening some tight spots. I’ve had tightness in my neck and shoulders for years, and today they were at about 40% of where they have been for over 10 years. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, skills and personality! Kelsey warned me that I might feel a little sore today but there was none of that! Oh and that neck massage at the end …. I can still feel the strength in those hands! Thank you Kelsey for making me feel 15 years younger! I look forward my next visit!”Read moreShow less
