“Note: If you have Asthma or sensitive lungs, I do want to give a heads up that this is not a scent-free clinic. Just had a massage with Tara and wow, she is amazing! 💆♀️ The pressure was perfect and her technique was so unique—loved the little stretches she added in. You can tell she really pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about making you comfortable. Honestly, one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve met in this line of work. “Edit: Heard from Chris the owner and explained the RMT was let go for conduct. He offered a sincere apology and complimentary massage, and while appreciative, declined the free massage. Very professional and attentive. Will give them another try! Thanks Chris! Booked my first massage here for a 2pm time frame and arrived at 1:50. Was told shortly after that my therapist was running a few minutes late and asked if I wanted a drink, which was nice and understandable. I waited until 2:20pm then left. Didn't hear a peep after. “My favourite massage practice by far in London. I've been a regular at The Backsmiths since it opened and have never gotten a bad massage. Always super clean inside. Tons of parking.
