PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Our clinic has a firm cancellation policy requiring a minimum of 48hrs notice of cancellation for any appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy, even if you are sick.

All cancellations (or reschedules) within 48hrs if the scheduled appointment start time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

All cancellations (or reschedules) within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment start time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Her treatment goes beyond just the face—it's about holistic care for the entire body. She used Gua Sha and Dien Chan techniques, and my skin looked incredible afterward. I also tried their new infrared sauna, which was deeply relaxing and a perfect way to detox. It was the ultimate self-care experience, and I can't wait to return!”

“Sharlene came highly recommended to me by a friend, but unfortunately I've had really bad luck trying to see her here. My first appointment was cancelled just two hours before as she was experiencing a migraine. I re-booked to see her a week and a half later. I was asked a few days prior if I could move my appointment earlier, which I was able to accommodate partially (I live quite far so I had made special arrangements both days to make the trip). However, once again, the booking was cancelled, this time eight hours before my evening appointment, due to a cold. I understand that it's not her fault as the cold & flu season is upon us, but the clinic couldn't do anything to accommodate seeing her sooner, although they did suggest another therapist which I declined. Trying again for a third time would mean waiting another two to three weeks as she is quite booked up. I would give this place another try in the future as she did come highly recommended, but just wanted to throw a word of caution to those that may be in need of more urgent treatment that this may not be the right place for you. I've never experienced having two cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and unfortunately, had that here.”

“Stumbled upon this gem of a shop/clinic during a summer walk last year. We all have been dealing with the pandemic and the unknown, so walking into the brightly lit store with such beautiful wellness products was the perfect pick me up for me. They have a lot of great personal care and spa items that support local businesses and artisans. I was pleasantly surprised to also see a lot of my beloved lines that I would typically find elsewhere. They also have a huge line up of quality supplements. The staff and wellness experts are so welcoming and knowledgeable. When I found out they offered an array of services by well trained professionals, I was hooked! I now see Dr. Awet, one of the Naturopaths and all I can say is that in a few visits, she has already changed my life! The community needed this place, it's a diverse space that really intends on supporting the healing of all community members. Whenever you are on your next stroll, to catch some well needed fresh air, pop by and you will see all the wonderful things this shop/clinic has to offer.”
