“I had a pregnancy massage booked three weeks before my due date, and my water broke a couple hours before my scheduled massage. My midwife said I could still do it, and I went. I am pretty sure that this massage was the reason my labor went so smoothly!!!!! I had contractions for 3 hours, went to the birthing center, and gave birth within 2 hours of checking in. I had such an easy recovery and a very healthy baby. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I was just so relaxed after that massage. All of my muscles were relaxed and ready to push. “Excellent service - I will be a returning customer! It’s been years since I have been for a massage - I was long overdue. Since I was built up and sore, I knew I needed some tough love and Penny offered just that! She has a very relaxing demeanour, is charming and quite funny - we had a few laughs! Definitely my type of person! She educated me throughout the massage and explained why certain points were especially tender. It was pleasant and I felt surprisingly refreshed when I left despite working out years of tension build up 😅 She was able to reach all of the areas I knew about and found some that I didn’t know existed! “If I could give a rating of 7 stars I would for Penny. She has worked with me for several years now and I regard her as an essential component of my over all health program in my retirement. We all have old aches and pains from injuries long ago and she does a wonderful job of managing that for me.
