“We ordered food for the first and I believe, the last time. They use waaaay too much coconut milk in their curries, to a point where you cannot tell the difference between them. We are attaching pictures of the panang and red curries. A prize for anyone who can tell which one is which. “I recently moved to Penticton and had a craving for Thai food so I checked out a local spot in town, hoping it would compare to my favourite Thai by Thai. Sadly did not . I always order the Cashew nut and let me tell you, Thai by Thai is hands down The absolute best I’ve ever had! There’s not a dish I haven’t liked. Highly recommend their cashew nut, Yellow coconut curry, Egg noodle, Basil fried rice, Chicken satay And their lettuce wraps!! The stir-fried noodles with bean sprouts had a good mix of textures, and the beef with rice was tender, with vegetables cooked just right. They stayed crisp while soaking up the sauce flavor. If it’s your first time here or you prefer milder flavors, I recommend trying something from the curry selection. The curry is rich, flavorful, and balanced. “Possibly the most westernised Thai food we've ever had. Didn't expect everything to be this sweet, even the dishes that weren't supposed to be slightly sweet seemed like dripping with sugar. The server was nice but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.”

“I had previously given this restaurant a 5-star rating a few years ago, but unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of my expectations. Even the same food that we ordered during our previous visit did not meet our expectations. The chicken wings were good. The beef satay wasn't great and the desserts were very disappointing , both for the price and quality. The service was extremely poor.
