“My experience at Terra Nova Physiotherapy has been excellent. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They were able to work around my schedule, including fitting me in even after my GRW.Among and Neha are both very professional and detailed when it comes to explaining the injury and what the process of recovery will be like.They are very patient and provided the support I needed throughout my recovery. “I am impressed and thankful for the professional skills, treatment plan, diagnoses of pain areas by the physiotherapist, Umang Arora. I had an injury to my left hip and leg and left lower back. Umang was able to treat them by devising efficient treatment plans and exercises to relax and strengthening the affected muscle groups. Very cordial, respectful and impeccably professional. Jimmy is also very efficient in Coordinating my appointments and made each visit very pleasant. Overall, I had very positive experience each visit. “It is run by the husband and wife team. Umang Arora and Neha Saraswat. Both are extremely knowledgeable and are experts at what they do. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. When I was hooked up to the machines, they would leave the room, but they both always came back to check on me to see if I was okay. I found them to be very professional and kind and listened to what I had to say. After my car accident I could hardly move, now I can. Yay!!”Read moreShow less

“This clinic is truly excellent, with very friendly and professional staff. I had a muscle injury and tear in my neck area, and at one point I couldn’t even manage my daily routine. I did my physiotherapy sessions with Umang Arora, who is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring. After each session he gave me exercises to do at home, which really supported my recovery. This was my very first physiotherapy experience, and I’m so glad I chose this place. All my pain is gone now, and I feel so much better.
