“Had a last minute request for an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Super grateful. Had Olivia and she was absolutely awesome. “I’ve seen a lot of negative review about the owner but I had nothing but a great experience. I had booked my massage with Geoff and he was super kind and made sure I was comfortable with everything. “I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 pm, but it was mistakenly booked for 3:00 pm. The owner called me, was very disrespectful and, unprofessional, and yelled at me, calling me inconsiderate. It was the worst service and treatment I've ever received. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Customers should come to relax and have a great experience when getting a massage, not to be disrespected, harassed, and yelled at.”Read moreShow less

“It was ok. Booked 90 min, but since I was late by 10 min, I got 45 min only. My visit felt like I was done a favor. Rare to find evening spots. Did not get hot towels like other clinics. This place can be for therapy but not for relaxation as it is noisy even in rooms. Lots of parking available.”Read moreShow less

“First time coming to this place, booked with Dusica, and will definitely be booking with her again. She was very professional and knowledgeable about every muscle and kept me informed on why she was doing. She started off warming up all my muscles then focused on my problem areas while doing a cupping treatment and ended with a very relaxing massage. Felt very comfortable with her. Very clean space. “Olivia was fantastic but the male at the desk which I assume is the owner is extremely rude and snippy. It was very unprofessional especially to a new client. The way he spoke to me in front of other clients was uncalled for. I deal with insurance companies everyday as well and understand how frustrating it can be but to not want to help a client is ridiculous, I go above and beyond to help me clients with insurance especially a when its the first time using it.
