“Primary Care Visit - Dr. Tiara Rodriguez Nunez Just finished up my telemedicine appointment & I shed a tear at the end. I’ve been battling a lot of medical problems the past couple years, and have felt so overwhelmed and unsupported by our healthcare system. But within just one visit - I had hope again! “I had a mixed experience with this clinic. The in-person appointment itself was okay — the doctor was polite and the environment was comfortable. However, I did feel that the practitioner seemed a bit unsure at times (for example, hesitating about which tests to run first and saying that out loud), which didn’t fully inspire confidence given the nature of the visit. The main issue came afterward. I was initially told that I would receive my sexual health test results by phone, but instead I was later asked to book and pay for a follow-up appointment just to discuss them. When I requested my results directly, I was presented with a consent form containing very strong legal language essentially stating that if I don’t book an appointment, they are not responsible for any “misinterpretation,” “missed diagnosis,” or “delayed treatment.” This felt unnecessarily aggressive and pressure-driven, especially for something as straightforward as receiving test results. It created anxiety and gave the impression that access to information was being tied to additional paid appointments. Overall, while the visit itself was fine, the follow-up process felt pushy and not very patient-friendly. I would recommend clarifying their results policy in advance if you choose to go here.”Read moreShow less

“Tandem is saving my life! Dr.Mukai & Dr.Klassen (Owner) have been nothing short of supportive, empathetic and understanding. I came in suspecting I had Lyme and they ran extensive testing, which came back for Borellia & Bartonella + 4 co-infections. I have been in almost daily for the last month and finally feeling a bit of relief. A ways to go but my hope is coming back! The nurses are wonderful and knowledgeable.
