“I had a great series of treatments at TTPT. I had really bad shoulder and neck related tension headaches and the crew at Talbot Trail helped me immediately - with in house treatments that instantly removed my headache pain. They also helped me long term with stretches and movements I can do at home that - fingers crossed - seem to have ended my problem. Great staff - friendly, professional, and very competent. I used to favour massage therapy over physio as my go-to when I hurt myself but Talbot Trail has changed my thinking on that issue for sure. “Talbot Trail Physio in West Lorne has been working with my husband on a traumatic brain injury for 6 months now. We were contacted within days of our referral, had an appointment the next week, and he has been being seen twice weekly since March. There's no end in sight yet so we will be coming still for the foreseeable future. My husband always feels well taken care of, like his wants and needs are being addressed, and that his injury is being taken seriously. They continuously have to fill out paperwork for us for multiple insurance companies and do it without complaint. They treat him like a human being and not just another body in the door. We are extremely grateful for the care they have provided Edit - it's now been 20 months of hard work with my husband and they're still just as great today as they were at 6 months. “Don't waste your time! its been six weeks since my referral was sent from my Doctor, and I still have not got a call to set up an appointment. I have left multiple voice messages asking for a phone call back that never gets returned. I have been there as a patient in the past and found that staff are short and don’t listen to the patient's needs. Go someplace else that actually has qualified staff who care about your recovery not just money.”Read moreShow less
