“As an organization that is boast about serving their community TAIBU has failed. The receptionist Gertrude is very unprofessional & not good at her job, we sign in with Gertrude to see the nurse practitioner Julia Blake (so sweet & patient with my father when we finally get in to see her) we wait over an hour, why because Gertrude never signed us in we only got to see Julia because she came to the front desk an I asked her if she was Julia & she tells me she was never notified we were there. Julia was kind enough to sign my father up for covid support only for me to give all his information after being contacted & told he would be able to get support 3 times & since the program is ending after May so I will be picking up all 3 vouchers at once, that never happened shame shame. I went to pick up the vouchers only to be told there is no vouchers, thats fine my father was not begging for anything a service was offered he accepted it. The way Gertrude treated us as if we were begging was appalling”
