“I had a fantastic experience with Yan Novak. I came in for a deep tissue massage and explained the pain I’d been dealing with. He took the time to thoroughly explain why I was experiencing the discomfort, which made me feel more confident about the treatment. The massage itself was excellent—I felt much more flexible and experienced immediate relief afterward. What really impressed me was that he also provided exercises to help eliminate the pain long-term, all within the same session. Unlike other practitioners who charge extra or try to schedule additional appointments for this, Yan Novak made sure I had everything I needed in just one visit. “Nice people and easy to deal with but I don’t recommend you get custom insoles there. They turn out to be expensive dr scholls. They had to remake my insoles 3 times and they still didn’t work for flat feet. So I gave up and didn’t go back. Spend the extra at a specialist and get molded. “Had the worst experience to book in this clinic. I booked twice over the phone a month prior but when I went on the day , the guy I spoked to never booked me at all and I have to packed things with my baby when I went there so my husband can looked after while relaxing just to find out I am not booked at all.
