“Megan is incredible and got my shoulder sorted with shockwave and rehab exercises. Rehab was easy to follow and worked like a charm ! Had great recommendations for modalities I can use at home too!”

“I saw Audrika for recurring back pain related to an old construction injury and had a great experience. They were knowledgeable and provided great graduated and manageable exercises that quickly reduced my pain and had me back to normal in a short time. Highly recommended!”Read moreShow less

“I had a session with Erin. She was incredibly professional yet very approachable, which made it easy to ask questions without hesitation — and she always gave thorough, helpful answers. I left the session feeling truly satisfied. What I especially loved was that she recorded videos with detailed explanations of the at-home exercises and taping techniques, so I can easily refer back to them and practice on my own. I would highly recommend her!”Read moreShow less

“I’ve had recurring lower lumbar back pain off and on for two years. After a recent hip surgery it increased in frequency and intensity. I just had my first physio appointment with Tyler. He took the time to review the past MRI and x-ray reports I brought with me to inform his treatment. After a comprehensive physical assessment he immediately had me try a stretch/technique that helped alleviate the pain. I’ll incorporate this move throughout my day and he’ll assess any improvements in a 30-minute follow up appointment in 7 days. I walked into the appointment feeling discouraged and in pain and I walked out feeling hopeful and in significantly less discomfort.”Read moreShow less

“Erin is really wise and so helpful. Everyone should go take care of their pelvic health and education on this should be normal. She made me feel so comfortable, heard my stories, did an assessment and I felt so cared for every step of the way and with steps towards a meaningful solution. Looking forward to our next session.”Read moreShow less

“I came in with an acute issue and was able to book an appointment the same day and the front desk staff was friendly and considerate. When I saw the physiotherapist she was thorough in her assessment and identified the problem quickly. Within 3 sessions I was pain free and able to move freely. I am very happy with the care and treatments I was given and highly recommend this clinic and Gulista as a therapist.”Read moreShow less

“Mahe is a great physiotherapist, she is kind, empathetic, non judgmental and effective. She listens and offers great exercises - and is always ready with accommodations as needed. I went to her for an injury which is doing so much better. I suffer from chronic pain which she has helped with also - suggested exercises and treatments. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Boyd. I came in with over 2.5 years of chronic knee pain and brought an MRI report (translated into English) along with the imaging disk. Dr. Boyd refused to look at the translated report and said he would rely on Google Translate instead. He also stated that even if he reviewed the MRI images, he “wouldn’t understand anything,” which was concerning. During the appointment, he only examined one knee, despite me having pain in both. When I tried to ask about my MRI findings (including Outerbridge Stage 1), he said he didn’t know what it meant and started searching for it online during the visit. I also mentioned new and significant foot pain, but he dismissed it, saying it would be “unfair to him” to spend more time discussing it since we had already spent 25 minutes on one knee. No follow-up appointment or alternative was offered. When I asked simple questions (for example, about cycling), the answers were inconsistent and not helpful. When I expressed that I had been waiting a long time for this appointment while in pain, he responded by asking what I had expected. I became emotional, and instead of addressing my concerns, he left the room. After the visit, I only received a generic PDF with exercises. Overall, I felt unheard, dismissed, and unsupported. I would not recommend this doctor.”Read moreShow less
