“I've been coming to Synergy Rehab for over a year, and my experience has been excellent every time. The entire team is welcoming and professional, and the clinic always has a positive, friendly atmosphere. I want to mention Komal at the front desk, She is always professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. She greets everyone with a smile and makes scheduling appointments easy and stress-free. I've been receiving massage therapy from Mohit Rai, and he has been amazing. His treatments have helped my body recover, and I always leave feeling much better. I also receive acupuncture treatments from Mozhdeh Rouhani, and her sessions have been a great part of my recovery as well. Her care and expertise have made a noticeable difference. I truly appreciate the excellent care and positive experience I receive every visit. “Today I had gone in for a massage and walked out feeling really good after such a long time. RMT - Prabjhot did such a wonderful job focusing on all the pressure points that were tense. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my massage session. She really knows what she was doing. Great customer service. The young ladies at reception were also very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to wait for my appointment. They were ready for me. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. The only thing I would have to say is that because of the layout of the building you do hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway which kind of takes away from the whole relaxing experience. “Karanjeet is an excellent massage therapist. I have been coming to her for a while. She is super nice and gives great advice to help me improve. “I have been working with Simrat Dhaliwal for approximately 2 months, healing a workplace injury. I will say that from the beginning, the girls up front were great in dealing with all the WorkSafe stuff. They have been very helpful, sweet and always say hi and bye 😀 Simrat is very knowledgeable and great to work with. As a female, never once was I uncomfortable in any treatments with Simrat. He seemed quit shy when I first met him. As we continued working with each other, I found he's easy to talk to, has humor and answers all my questions easily. He is very supportive in helping find solutions and I've been very comfortable working with him. He will always tell me step by step what he's about to do, and always comes in and checks on me to make sure everything is ok.
