“I wanted to share my recent experience with booking appointments, as l've been facing quite a bit of confusion. My appointments keep getting rescheduled, and each time I'm told that the RMT got sick or took the day off. After a few cancellations, ! mentioned to the receptionist that I was frustrated by the constant changes and wasn't interested in booking further appointments under these circumstances. The receptionist then assured me that there was someone available in the evening, after 5 pm, which would work well for me since I could come after work. I double-checked with them—asking twice— and both times they confirmed the appointment would be at 5pm. However, the day before the appointment, I received a message stating that my appointment was actually scheduled for 10:15 am.
