“I have been going to Synergy for about four years. I started with Amber as my RMT until she moved to the Island. She was excellent and I was sorry to see her go but since then I've been seeing Savannah and she is equally excellent. She will focus on whatever areas of my body are bothering me and do in-depth work there, checking in with me to see if I like the amount of pressure. Getting regular massages has really made a difference to both my lower back tightness and pain, and to the arthritis in my hands. “I’ve been going here for several years now and Savannah is the best! Incredibly kind, professional and friendly and she always does wonders for my sore neck and shoulder muscles. She absolutely saved me when I got whiplash falling off my bike a few years back! I really appreciate her targeted treatment approach and the way that she listens and tailors each treatment to your individual needs. She’s also great at deep tissue if you’re a masochist like I am 🫠 The clinic itself is a cozy and serene little neighborhood spot just off 4th and the staff are all super welcoming and lovely in general.
