“Osteopath Mathew Nadler of Synergy Health and Sports Rehab has been treating me for headaches as a result of very stiff neck and shoulder muscles. More recently he has also treated me for inflamed sinuses and bursitis in my arm. All treatments have given me positive results. Mathew is professional, knowledgeable and gives detailed explanations of my conditions. I would recommend Mathew to anyone seeking Osteopathic treatment. “It feels weird to write a review when you know you’re the late-comer to the party — almost like preaching to the choir, because anyone who goes to a physio probably always knew it was this, and that’s why they went. I have been forced along by my wife. And I’m like: oh, that’s why so many people do this. But frankly, in short: the consultation I had at Synergy was excellent. It was a pleasure to see someone professional work through their diagnostic and give feedback on why certain niggles and pains may be showing up in parts of the body — and then offer immediate guidance on how to rectify that. Obviously, acting on it is left to one’s own free will but, it was refreshing, rather than think ‘I got 6000 of these sessions to come’. I also really appreciated Anish’s view that his job is to give the advice and structure three or four times; if someone isn’t able to find that they can use the information in their own time to make the improvements, then there’s not much more he can do.
