Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the NDs day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit.

“I went in to see their Chiropractor Koby Donovan for pain and stiffness in my neck, back and hip. From the first time meeting Kobby, to the follow up he has been amazing. “I went for my initial chiropractic intake visit with Holly. The clinic itself is very warm and inviting with soft colours and nice artwork and ambience. “I am a relatively new patient at Symmetry Wellness and the staff are fantastic. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Kim is my massage therapist and I can't say enough good things about her. She makes you feel very comfortable and is very professional in her manner. I have rheumatoid arthritis and massage therapy is my favorite for allowing my neck and back pain some relief. “I have been visiting Symmetry Wellness for 2 years. I find the location very convenient as I work in Burnside. I have seen several practitioners for services here, which I also find very convenient. Their administrative staff are very pleasant and prompt to respond to voicemail or email messages. I have been recommending their services to anyone looking for new wellness professionals.
