“This was the worst massage experience I have had. It was rushed. I was pinched (left w a welt) I expressed all of this to the 'therapist.' I left wanting others to not book here. Please.”

“I have been treated by Anita Hatch Giesbrecht, for severe crippling pain in the back of the knee! I was unable to put pressure on my right leg! I am an equestrian rider, and when I shared where the pain was she was able to treat it, and today I am walking, running free with no pain She employed therapy to my full leg, as the pain went from the ankle all the way to the quads both front and back! I thought my knee needed treatment but actually the source came from my pelvis! “I’ve been here several times now, and I can confidently say the service is absolutely top-notch every single time. I’m genuinely impressed! Nicole is an incredible massage therapist — warm, kind, and so positive that you instantly feel comfortable around her. She really listens to your needs and makes sure you leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. Honestly, at this point I think she has magic hands 😄 What I also really appreciate is how thoughtful and organized the team is. Last time I came with my boyfriend, and they perfectly arranged a couple’s session for us. Everything was timed so well — no waiting around, no stress, just a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. This place truly cares about their clients, and it shows in every detail. “Anfred Ilagan is the best person for therapeutic and relaxation massages that you will ever need. First and foremost, he is very professional and maintains clear physical and ethical boundaries, ensuring you feel safe and respected (very important!!!). He is very friendly and chatty, making you feel at ease. I always have a painful shoulder whenever I get stressed, I appreciate that he shares stretches and exercises to help me reduce the tension in my muscles (which means he is knowledgeable enough to help and support you to feel better, not just during your appointment).
