Let’s Get Started. (The Initial Consultation) :
This is a one-on-one, 60-minute deep dive into your unique story. We’ll review your health history, go over any recent lab work, identify what may be missing, and discuss whether advanced testing might be helpful. We’ll also start to establish clear goals and pinpoint some of the key hurdles that may be impacting your fertility (or overall health).
Bringing It All Together. (The Second Consultation) : This is where we connect the dots. We’ll solidify your goals and walk through a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plan and step-by-step strategy to help you reach them.
Plans often include:
Additional testing/further evaluation (if needed)
Evidence-based supplementation
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Acupuncture (always optional, and available for local patients in the area where I practice)
Referrals to other healthcare providers, when appropriate, to ensure your care is as well-rounded as possible
This session is a highly beneficial part of your overall treatment plan. It’s where your plan becomes clear, actionable, and tailored.
Appointment Format : Most consultations are done by phone/virtually (it works really well). Acupuncture is in-person, and in-person consult appointments are also available upon request.
Fees + Coverage :
I’m a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, and my fees are listed on the online portal on my website. If you have extended benefits for Naturopathic Medicine, my services are typically covered based on your plan. If not, visits may be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax.

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Renee. I was supported through two IVF pregnancies, and throughout the entire journey I felt genuinely cared for and guided every step of the way. One of the most impactful things was being encouraged to investigate a possible infection that could be affecting my fertility — something that turned out to be absolutely correct and made a meaningful difference in my treatment. The personalized approach really stood out. From thoughtfully recommended supplements to acupuncture sessions, everything felt tailored and intentional. “Truly disappointed with Renee’s services. The meal plan she provided me was generic (I presume copy & paste) and not adjusted to the information I gave her. She provided me with recommendations that could be dangerous for bringing my child to term (recommended raspberry leaf tea that could lead to miscarriage if taken in first trimester). She was rushed and had a lot of connectivity issues in our meetings. Overall, I’d recommend finding an alternate naturopath as her approach is poor and her cost is high.”Read moreShow less
