*The building is officially closed and locked after 6PM on weekdays and on weekends. You will need to buzz up “0601” by using the keypad next to the front entrance on Carlton St or on P2 if you are parking in the lot. You may buzz up to 15 minutes before your appointment start time. Before this time, your therapist may still be in treatment and unable to get to the phone. *
RMT fees listed below do not include 13% HST. HST is not charged for Physiotherapy or Psychotherapy.
To book an appointment, a credit card on file is required. It will not be charged during booking and payment will occur at the end of your treatment.
Cancellations are allowed up until 24 hours before your treatment. A fee equal to 50% of the booked service will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours. No shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. These fees are out-of-pocket and not covered by insurance.
About the clinic
You will receive an insurance receipt at the end of every treatment which you can use to file your claim.

“Dan made this one of the more relaxing massage experiences I’ve had in a while. He was friendly and approachable right from the start, and it was clear he genuinely wanted me to get the most out of the session. That, along with his calm demeanor, put me at ease almost immediately. The massage itself was excellent. He paid attention to the areas that needed it most, and kept checking in throughout to make sure everything felt right, adjusting as he went. The practical side of things was easy too. The place itself was quick to find, the self check-in let me ease into the right headspace before I even sat down, and checkout was automated, so I didn’t have to think about anything once the massage was over.
