“I’ve been seeing Suzanne for close to 18 years now, if not longer. She’s always been my trusted physiotherapist for as long as I can remember. Her training is comprehensive- encyclopedic- and she never second-guesses herself or hesitates in her treatments. She speaks and acts with the confidence that comes from a lifetime of providing the best care to her clients. Not only does she know her trade, but she can convey that knowledge to her patients at any level (lay speak to technical) so that they, too, understand. Suzanne is always friendly, professional, understanding, empathetic, punctual and never hurried. She takes the time to care for you, and makes sure you are getting the best treatment possible. I’ve seen her primarily for IMS therapy, but she has provided exercise programs, given me manual therapy (cupping, acupuncture, etc.) and there is nobody else I have encountered as skilled as she, or whom I would trust so completely. After personally being in over 25 Motor Vehicle Accidents, have had many surgeries (including two lumbar spinal, repair of a double ankle compound fracture, and carpal tunnel), my body has been broken MANY times. Suzanne is the reason am physically rehabilitated. Without her, I wouldn’t be walking or moving properly, and that’s a fact. Because of her, I live an almost normal life. Bottom line: Suzanne is the best, most qualified physiotherapist you could possibly hope to have in your corner. Consider yourself blessed you have her assistance with any of your ICBC claims, Injuries and Sports/Athletic-related concerns.”
