“Excellent optometrist, terrible administration. / Eye exam experience. Dr. Milena Stefanovic was great, professional, thorough, no complaints there. Everything else was a mess. Before our appointment we confirmed with our insurance that eye exams were covered. The clinic still couldn't verify this and told us to reschedule. After the exam, reception said neither of our two insurance plans covered it and made us pay out of pocket. Turns out the clinic had already billed our insurance and gotten paid, so they collected from us and the IC. It took a week of calls to sort out. Same person every time, kept saying he didn't know anything but will check. Had a really hard time to get to the point through his language barrier. Only got resolved after asking for a supervisor. Still waiting on our refund. On top of that, no one in the optical section helped us to pick up frames and we had to figure it out on our own pretty much. Great doctors but the billing and admin problems made this one of the most frustrating clinic experiences we've had”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience with Nicky. Even though my eyeglasses were not purchased from this store, she was happy to help and fixed them quickly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly. I would also like to recognize Dr. Stefanovic and the entire team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. “Today was by far the most thorough eye exam I've ever had in my life . I'm so grateful to Dr Jared bjarnson for explaining all my eye test and exams and I left with a plan in place to improve my eye care and outlook and made a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. Dr. Stefanovic immediately recognized my fear and reassured me, saying, “There is no danger.” She took her time, ran all necessary tests, and explained everything clearly. At my age, I have seen many optometrists, but I have never had such a thorough examination. Her advanced technology even revealed an old scar in my eye that was missed during a recent exam at Costco. This shows her expertise and commitment to using the best tools for her patients. Dr. Stefanovic combines skill, professionalism, and compassion. Not only was my eye exam really thorough and professional, but the team went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses. They were patient, knowledgeable, and gave me honest advice on what suited my face best. I never felt rushed, and they made the whole process fun and stress-free.
