“My dad was Susan's patient. I went to speak to her after he passed away only 1 week prior to my visit with her. She kept looking at her phone and responding to text messages as I was trying to find out more about his health. She didn't show any empathy.”

“r.Susan Kwan is the best doctor I have met. She is very knowledgeable and caring and very efficient. Her receptionist is very nice lady always explain things clearly, never rush and always answer the phone. My dad had bloody brown mucus in the morning for 3 years and have been checked by other doctor could not find out the problem. Dr. Susan did checked on him and found something abnormal tissue in his back nose and immediately did Biopsy on him and the same day arranged an ontolarylogist next day to examine my dad. She is very responsible and trying her best to get my dad to earn time for treatment. Fortunately, it turned out nothing too serious so prescribed medicine for my dad and now it’s been a week that he don’t have any bloody mucus anymore. We are so glad to be her patient and under her care. She is the best doctor that you can trust. My father is so lucky to be referred to her.
