“So many things went wrong here in the short time (6 appointments over 2 months!) that I got my massage and physio treatments here. There are so many places that do it better, don’t bother here. 1. Got called 3 times (1-7 days after I pbooked an appointment) to change my appointment times/dates so that they could appease someone else who didnt schedule their appointment earlier. Once, I had back to back appointments for physio and RMT and they changed my second appointment to be an hour later than original, so I had to wait a full 65 minutes between sessions. When I came back to the building, the receptionist asked why I didnt schedule the appointments back to back as there was space available???? So frustrating 2. One of the men who worked there walked in on my while I was getting a back massage, aka I was topless. He didnt apologize or anything, just shut the door after and I felt so uncomfortable and violated. 3. Saw 2 physiotherapists here. For context, i saw the first person one time and then switched due to my schedule changing. The second one (male) made me feel like I couldnt trust the first one because she suggested using laser for my costochondritis, and he repeatedly said it wasnt a good idea because it would be close to my heart. Since switching to a better physiotherapist, they have done laser on my costo just fine, as has my chiropractor with positive results.”Read moreShow less

“I had a lovely experience today with Avneet. She is a fantastic RMT- catered to my back pain extremely well. She really tailored the session to understand what needed most work and made me feel comfortable throughout. She recommended stretches to perform day to day for my stiff shoulders too which I thought was very thoughtful! “I’ve been seeing Melanie for both prenatal massage therapy and treatment following a motor vehicle accident, and it has been the most pleasant experience. She has been incredibly attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Melanie creates an environment that immediately puts me at ease during every session. Her treatments have been very effective, and I notice improvement in my pain, mobility, and overall comfort after the appointment. I especially appreciate how she goes above and beyond by showing me helpful stretches and exercises to continue at home, which has made a noticeable difference in managing my pain and recovery. “I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent appointment. During my scheduled one-hour session, the intake and consultation lasted approximately 15 to 20 minutes before the actual treatment began. Given the rate of $140 plus tax, I believe the treatment portion should occupy more of the allotted time. Ideally, the initial consultation should take 3 to 5 minutes to establish the client's needs. It appeared that the therapist was quite exhausted, which may be affecting the efficiency of the sessions. I would suggest implementing breaks between appointments or adjusting the schedule to ensure therapists are fully refreshed for each client. Regardless of insurance coverage, it is important that clients receive the full duration of the treatment they are paying for.”Read moreShow less

“I was able to get in very last minute for an hour massage with Kunal. I was struggling with some lower back pain And stiffness with some movements being quite difficult. He was very thorough with his preliminary assessment and kept checking in throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable. After the session. My back feels tremendously better.
