“I’m very happy with the treatment and care I’ve been receiving at Tess Health Clinic. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and approachable — from the receptionists, Jeriz and Vilma, to all of the therapists. I’m currently doing physiotherapy with Archi, active rehabilitation/kinesiology with Jason, and acupuncture with Katia, and all three have been amazing. Archi has been especially incredible throughout my recovery journey. She not only knows exactly what treatment my body needs, but she also makes every session comfortable and reassuring. She creates such a safe and supportive environment that I feel okay being vulnerable during treatment, knowing she genuinely wants to help me recover. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, and caring, which makes it easy to trust her completely. Jason is also very professional, supportive, and easy to work with. He teaches effective exercises that I can continue doing at home to help alleviate my pain and improve my strength and mobility. His active rehabilitation sessions have really helped me feel relief and make improving progress in my recovery. He always makes sure I’m doing the exercises properly and motivates me to keep improving. I also have no regrets switching my acupuncture treatment to Katia. She’s been amazing at what she does and combines different techniques during the sessions, which has been very effective and relaxing. “I’ve been going to Tess Health Clinic for my ICBC claim and it’s been a really good experience. Archana is a great physiotherapist, very professional and actually takes the time to understand what’s going on. She explains things clearly and makes you feel confident in the treatment. Ola has been really good too, she’s patient, easy to talk to, and makes sure you’re comfortable while still helping you improve. Jason the kinesiologist is solid, he knows his stuff and always gives new exercises that actually help instead of the same routine every time. Wilma at the front desk is amazing, super friendly, keeps everything organized and always reminds me about appointments. She also works around my schedule which makes everything easy. “Been for several acupuncture sessions at Tess Health Clinic (previously Sunset Physiotherapy). They offer physio, massage, RCC and chiro. Seen Katia Salman for acu ($125.00 initial, $110.00 follow-up). Like how she combines techniques (suction cupping, gua sha, tui na massage, massage gun and needling). “Seriously can't recommend Dr Fez enough!! I had a very serious injury of two fractured bones on my ankle. 4 different specialists recommended surgery as the only option. I chose to not do surgery because I would not have been able to bend my foot past 90 degrees with the metal pins that would be placed at the ankle. I saw Dr Fez when my ankle was still in the boot and it was like a miracle how much mobility I gained after the first session. “I’ve been seeing Katia for a few months now and she’s helped me greatly in my accident recovery journey. Katia is such a beautiful, warm presence. You can really feel how dedicated she is to her clients and how compassionate she is. I love her dynamic approach to treatments, which goes so above and beyond the traditional ‘set and forget’ method. Our treatments combine, active stretching, needling, cupping and massage. “10 years ago I tore ligaments in my left ankle, and I’ve always had issues with it ever since. This year I was told I have chronic inflammation in my ankle. Since I started seeing Dr. Fez, all my ankle issues and pain have reduced significantly. I’ve seen dozens of massage therapists, physiotherapists and chiropractors over the last 10 years, but Dr. Fez resolved my ankle issues in 6 sessions, and now I can finally do full squats again, and my ankle mobility has significantly improved. Thank you Dr. Fez!
