“I was a walk-in client when the clinic started in Victoria drive location.! I liked the team, they're so nice, friendly & they treat their clients like a family. To mention the flexibility of May, the clinic secretary, who really updates clients with a smile. Mr.D, the RMT, is not only friendly to clients but a good therapist and a lecturer at the same time. Same as the PT, Mr V, also a good therapist, very friendly as well. In Victoria location, front desk staffs are very friendly, patience, and helpful. Victor, Physiotherapist, is very professional and supportive. “I was a pedestrian in a serious car accident over a year ago, summer 2024. For my recovery, I’ve been coming here for kinesiology with Josephine, physiotherapy with Victor, and acupuncture with Susan for over a year now, and the level of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism is very helpful in my recovery. When I paid out of pocket for a bunch of advanced medical scans which weren’t done at the time of my accident, Susan helped me a lot with recommendations, being a liaison, and translations (Korean). I am truly grateful for her assistance. Josephine is both an excellent, and dedicated physiotherapist and kinesiologist, so you get the advantage of having both during your treatments. She is always mindful of my limits. I have used Victor years before for a previous accident injury, and am glad to have him overseeing my physiotherapy treatment again. I still have some ways to go before I fully recover, but thanks to them, I have made major strides in my recovery, and can enjoy a better quality of life because of them. I have been to other treaters, and I cannot recommend this facility, and its staff enough. Honourable mentions to the reception staff, as May has been great to correspond with over the years regarding scheduling, and treatment matters. “Place is small, but clean. Massage from Chloe was good. I find the price for RMT a little bit expensive at $140/60 mins for a location and environment like this. Otherwise I am happy with the appointment.”
