“Dr Bartsch and his team were so lovely and accommodating and got me in quickly to fix a broken tooth after I had an altercation with the sidewalk. Highly recommend! (Falling face first on the sidewalk is not recommended however).”

“They must have lost my appointment. It was like I was invisible. I just sat there waiting, patiently, to see the dentist after I booked 3 weeks in advance. They funnelled a bunch of people ahead of me and after a 45 minute wait after my scheduled appointment time I spoke up and they said they were just trying to fit me in and it may be another hour, they were not sure. Now I have to drive to Vancouver to see my old dentist who is getting me in immediately. They totally wasted my time!!!”Read moreShow less

“I have been to many dentists in my life and from a young age have been afraid of them because of my first experience with a dentist. “We moved to Kelowna a few years back and continued for the first year to drive down to Osoyoos to see Dr. Bartsch and hygienist Brittany. After finding a dentist here in Kelowna I just wanted to say that the dentist we have now is overwhelmed by the amazing work Dr. Bartsch has done on our teeth. “January 2022 Called with what I felt was a dental emergency and was given an appointment for their next working day. Being from Alberta and not a patient of Dr. Bartsch I can only speak praise for the care and professionalism of Dr. Bartsch and the staff of Sun Valley Dental in Osoyoos. Furthermore, I was impressed that I could get my tooth prep-ed and crown 'installed' (as they were able to make it on the spot) within approx. 2 hr. - all in one appointment - How great is that!! “This was my first appointment, and I was very impressed. The office is very clean and modern, and the staff are professional while also friendly. Alison did my pre-exam x-rays and photos, and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Bartsch also had me feel welcome, and he was very thorough in finding out what my dental goals were. He took the time to explain the results of my x-rays and photos, and left me feeling valued as a patient. “Very impressed with sun valley dental. All the staff have been very kind, friendly and accommodating. Modern practices, 3d x-rays are really cool and give you a look at your teeth and mouth like I’ve never seen. Felt very cared for and they were receptive to all my concerns.
