Cancellation Policy : If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, including no-shows will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reserved service amount. Direct billing : Please understand that there may be instances where direct billing won’t be available for reasons such as the insurer’s online service interruptions, your specific policy’s billing eligibility, etc. We submit all treatment claims together in the morning to save time, So you may receive an email notification from the insurance company in the morning. The system accommodates same-day claims and voids, so there’s no need to worry. Please note: We do not accept Empire Life Insurance. Online booking requires CREDIT CARD: From now on, we requires a valid credit card on file through online booking. Credit card information will be used to charge no show fee and late cancellation fee. “I have Had crippling migraines for six months and nothing helped hospitals doctors. No one knew what was going on. I came here and saw Joe and he cured my migraines. He is so knowledgable and professional. I am really looking forward to continuing to come here for all of my nerve and back pain needs when he did the acupuncture, I felt incredible after as well as the cupping was fantastic. I’ve had massage therapy and acupuncture treatments with Grace, Brad, and Wendy, and each of them is outstanding in their own way. “I have had many great experiences at Sumu Wellness Clinic. The place is very clean, well organized, and staffed with professional RMTs. In general, I think it would be hard to be disappointed with any of the therapists there, as most of them are very skilled and caring. That said, Lina Chen is the therapist I like the most. She is very knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive. What impressed me the most is that she can quickly tell when my muscles are not fully relaxed and remind me to relax. She can also sense when the pressure is slightly beyond my tolerance and adjust accordingly without me even having to ask. That alone shows an amazing level of experience and technique. She is also very good at cupping and acupuncture, and applies them professionally and appropriately. I had been experiencing discomfort in my right shoulder, right hip, and ankle. After seeing her three times, my symptoms improved a lot. Overall, I highly recommend Sumu Wellness Clinic, and especially Lina Chen, to anyone looking for professional and effective treatment.”

“Sumu normally offers great services for massage, acupuncture and physiotherapy. My personal feeling is it is a quite balanced clinic, focusing on customer experience and value-performance balance. The massage therapists in general are very good, other than Grace, I recommend Lina C. The owner Grace is with lots of passion, I think she speaks English/Mandarin/Shanghainese and a bit Cantonese. The receptionists are hidden gems, very nice and professional, every time I can get decent/clear information from those smart and young girls. Worth a try!”
