“I really love this team of Doctors. The care I receive is timely, friendly and follow ups are prompt. The ladies who answer the phone are the best I ever had the pleasure of speaking to. They don't rush me off the phone and seem to genuinely care about my issue. I also love that I can see a doctor up to 8pm! “Dr. Zahid is attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel heard and understood by her and I’m SO SO grateful to have found her. “I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ehssani as my doctor!!Sheis absolutely wonderful, knowledgable and incredibly caring for both me and my daughter! She takes the time to really listen, which makes such a difference. My daughter (after a long time of being afraid of going to the doctors) finally felt like she is being truly cared for! She explains everything clearly in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s very knowledgeable and also genuinely empathetic which made me feels like she truly cares about you as a person, not just a patient. “I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where the admin staff not only don’t answer the phones but their phone service hangs up on you. Our prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacies or sent to them with misspelled names. We’ve been scolded by the family doctor for being late on appointments, meanwhile we’ve been given the wrong times and dates. Thank goodness I phoned to see if I could change an appointment for my son and discovered whoever was managing the doctor’s calendars were shifting times but didn’t notify any of the patients. I was told my son’s appointment was originally for 4:30 pm but upon calling was informed it was for 10:30 am. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. We’ve made several complaints to their management but have had them fall on deaf ears. It seems they’ve changed over many of the office staff over the last year and hopefully this new group is more polite and organized as there were some staff previously who were very rude. Dr Lida is good with our son and will document information given. Unfortunately she’s at the mercy of the admin staff who have been disorganized causing tension between us and her. Not only is this unfair to the doctor but unfair to us as the patient’s.”Read moreShow less

“Typically don't do this, however, I had an appointment with Dr. Ehssani. I understand most doctors offices you wait a long time, and I had not planned on saying anything after I waited an entire hour past my appointment, however, after less than 5 minutes (no exaggeration) in the room I noticed Dr. Ehssani trying to stand up and leave and trying to wrap up the conversation. I still had one important issue I wanted to bring up. When she stood up and tried to walk out I said "oh I actually want to talk about some anxiety I have been experiencing as well". Clearly annoyed, she responds "you should've started with that. Lets make it quick because I have 7 people waiting for me." This obviously bothered me so I said "I've waited an hour past my appointment and have only been in with you for 5 minutes, why do you guys do that?" (assuming they had booked many people for the same time). Dr. Ehsanni's response was "we don't do that. my previous patient was going to commit suicide, thats why you waited." Firstly, incredibly unprofessional, if true, she disclosed extremely personal and confidential information about a previous patient. If not true, it speaks for itself how unprofessional this is. Secondly, my issue was anxiety related, what if I had suicidal ideations and here she is throwing that in my face. Thirdly, I had only been with her for 5 minutes, this conversation shouldn't be rushed and I had every right to expect my family doctor to allow me to talk about something important about my health. Highly recommend NOT going with this family doctor, as she may disclose your personal information to other patients, OR simply doesn't have time for (or cares about) your health issues at your appointment that you had to book weeks and weeks prior.”Read moreShow less
