The physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologist, front desk staff, and the owner are all very attentive to their clients' personal needs. “I didn't want to leave a bad review and I have thought this over for a few months since I left. The massage therapist was great, she was kind and it was a 10/10 experience...but the physio lady was not the best experience. She made me feel awkward, uncomfortable and judged. I have alot of medical conditions and an extensive surgery/medical history which the lady kept making comments on which were very judgemental. I came in one day for a normal appointment, told her I wanted to focus on my lower back pain because it was bugging me the most. She had me lie down while she pushed along my spine, then when I stood back up she said I was good to leave. The appointment lasted 5 minutes but I was charged for a full appointment. She didn't help me with anything, it was a waste of money and time and I canceled with them to switch places that day. I've done alot of physio in my life and it was a very strange experience so have the physio therapist basically massage my spine then send me home after I asked for exercises and stretches to help my lower back, and then tell me the appointment is finished only minutes into the session.”Read moreShow less
