I don’t think this is a real spa . I think this is a rub and tug . Left confused with a headache . Was like torture the whole 60 mins. They squeeze you through a cover for the first 30 minutes and push down on your shoulder blades super hard . When it came to the oil they keep you exposed was super cold. Then she put a hot towel on my back ? Body is sore she didn’t know what she was doing

Sky was the therapist assigned to me when I visited the establishment last Friday. Her English was fluent and I was able to communicate my goals without trouble. My chief complaints were in the low back and gluteal areas which required deep pressure to address. She skillfully applied enough pressure to relax the muscles over the sheets to work out the tension before applying oil, as often the therapist applies oil too early and this reduces the traction and pressure. I'm usually a fan of head massage and I'm pretty critical of how it's performed but Sky did a great job mixing in ischemic compression, myofascial release, cervical traction, and using acupoints. She mentioned she can also do back-walking so I will probably return to try that next time.

I’ve been coming here regularly for a while and I’m always satisfied with the service. The staff are polite and professional, and the environment is clean and comfortable. My therapist was professional and the massage helped a lot with my shoulder and back tension. Prices are reasonable for the area and booking was easy.

I was considering visiting this establishment, so I took the time to read through many of the reviews. This review stood out to me because it was one of the most detailed and clearly written, which is why I wanted to respond. After reading it carefully as a potential customer, I had a few questions and points of confusion. If there was discomfort during the massage, I wondered why those concerns were not raised during the session so adjustments could be made at the time. Massage services typically rely on real-time feedback, and addressing issues as they occur often helps resolve them. I was also a bit unclear about the timing concern. If there was uncertainty about whether the session was 35 or 45 minutes, it seems that this could have been clarified immediately with the front desk rather than after the service had ended. Additionally, the review mentions that the service fee paid at the front desk goes to the business and not directly to the therapist. If that is the case, then tipping appears to be the only direct compensation for the person providing the service. While tipping is always a personal choice, dissatisfaction with this structure seems more related to management policies than to the individual providing the service. After reading multiple reviews, I also noticed recurring comments about the front desk and management being unhelpful or dismissive when issues are raised. This lack of clarity and support from management is concerning, especially when it appears to place customers and staff in conflict with one another. Overall, while this review is helpful in understanding the situation, it raises concerns for me not only about individual experiences but also about how the business is managed. Based on these points, as a customer, I would personally choose not to visit this establishment.

The worst massage i have ever had in my life. Super amateur massager. No english understanding. Cover me with the very rough cover and start massaging me from the cover, it was feeling so uncomfortable and burning my skin. Super bad, i was paying them for 1 hour, i couldn’t tolerate it after 20 min, they charged me 60$ at the beginning but refund me 20 bucks after. Super wasting the time

I went here quite a number of times after the gym and was lucky enough to get an attendant who was excellent at legit massage. I often booked 90 minutes once per week for a couple months or so. The location is handy with lots of parking but there are many issues that should convince you to go elsewhere. The place was a revolving door with the attendants for sure so don't expect a consistent quality of massage. I think they went through at least 5 different receptionists in a period of a few months. So clearly there is some staffing and management issues. The rooms themselves are the size of walk in closets...TINY.. so maybe 8x12 but only one room with a shower built in. So in my case if I came from the gym and needed a shower you had to go to the shower room first and them walk down the hall wrapped in a towel with clothes in hand to the tiny room. If you were lucky enough to get the big room with the shower it was less awkward. There is little to no sound insulation so not uncommon to hear long conversations from the front desk or the hallway while you were trying to enjoy a relaxing massage in your tiny room. The owner immediately forces you to give your phone number so you can text her for an appointment. She is not a pleasant person from the numerous times I went there. On one instance I had paid at the front to one of the attendants before the session but when leaving the owner came running after me yelling "Money Money Money" thinking I was going to skip out without paying. That ticked me off so I limited my sessions from then on. This is too antiquated a place with constantly changing staff .. website is years out of date...tiny noisy rooms with only a couple showers. If you want a legit massage then go to Massage Addict or Sutherland Chan where they are RMT legit attendants and a real online booking system.

Awful experience. I just left their location in 5 min. I am pregnant and I get massage at different places every week. I only get shoulder and head massage every time. I told them that them that I only need the head and shoulder msg and they said that we are scared to touch your head and shoulder because you are pregnant. Their attitude was also very rude. Also, when I entered I noticed that the place is very dirty and they are not organized. Don’t go to this place. The person who was at the front desk was also rude and unprofessional.

Unprofessional. Booked appointment for 10am. Was late to open by over 10 minutes. 2 hour massage was decent but not the full 2 hours. Massage therapist injured my piercing after I asked specifically to be careful. Despite injuring me, I tipped over 10%. Reception tried asking for more. Is this review clear enough for you?
