Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  In order to avoid a cancellation fee a minimum of 24-hour notice is required.

• Arriving late shortens the visitafter your designated appointment time

  If you arrive after your designated appointment time, the session will be shortened and the full session fee will still be owed.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  Clients who provide 24 hours notice or less or who do not show up for an appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of service cost.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  We require forms to be filled out prior to your treatment.

• By appointment only

  Walk-ins are not accepted, but you can call or text 856-733-0655 to ask about cancellations.

Health and safety

• Reschedule if you are unwell

  If you are sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness, especially a cough, fever of 99 or higher, sore throat, or shortness of breath, please reschedule your appointment!

On the day

• Arrive early5-10 minutes early

  To ensure the best experience possible, we suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.

• Parent or guardian for minors

  Children, under the age of eighteen, will not be seen without a parent or guardian present in the therapy room.
