“I first saw Elizabeth after moving to the island and needing help with severe neck pain and stiffness. At times, the pain was so intense that it was difficult to concentrate. From my very first appointment, she took the time to understand what was really going on instead of simply treating the painful area. What I appreciate most is her whole-body approach. She explained how other muscles were contributing to my neck pain and worked on those areas as well. Her skill with pressure points and her ability to know exactly where to work made a significant difference in my recovery, and I’ve noticed major improvements in both my pain and mobility. “Holy moly! I have seen MANY RMTs, but Elizabeth is the best! I have pain and numbness in my hand and fingers from carpal tunnel. Seen an acupuncturist multiple times, a physiotherapist, and a chiropractor. Wanted to attempt a new modality for treatment, and I couldn't believe the relief! It was like my hand was alive again.
