“Depuis plus de 7 ans, je vais régulièrement au Studio Être Pilates une à deux fois par semaine. Les professeurs sont excellentes et très professionnelles. Elles s’ajustent à votre niveau de santé et de condition physique. J’ai même pu faire un partie de ma réadaptation avec un cours privé sur à une déchirure du ligament croisé antérieur. “Le studio Être Pilates est un endroit magnifique pour pratiquer cette méthode sur appareil. L'endroit est chaleureux, convivial et propre. Plusieurs niveaux et plusieurs plans d'abonnement sont proposées. Les instructeurs sont professionnels. Je recommande sincèrement cette entreprise que je fréquente depuis quelques années.
